Fantastic Families
As Christians, our families should display the joy found in God. That starts with our own hearts and radiates into the relationships we have with others!

Becoming a Useful Tool in God’s Hand (2 Timothy 2:22)
The sharpest tools in God’s service are the men and women who pursue living pure. In 2 Timothy 2:22, more than sexual purity and not merely for youth, verse 22 tells us now to “flee from youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.”
Becoming a Useful Tool in God’s Shed (2 Timothy 2:20-26)
God tells you, through Paul, that the tool who will be used greatly by God will be the believer who seeks to have a cleansed life, a sanctified heart, a strong desire to be used of God, and a determination to do the works of God.
What’s the Harm in Drinking Poison? (2 Timothy 2:16-19)
Second Timothy continues in chapter two with an incredible challenge about false teaching—how dangerous it is and what it says about you. Paul actually refers to an amazing event from the Old Testament in Numbers 16, and you will be surprised by how current and practical that event is to me and you.
The Danger of Decoys
Paul teaches that if certain sinful behavior continues unrepentant in the life of someone who claims to be a Christian, it actually indicates by that outward and obvious behavior, that they are not saved.
How to Navigate to the RIGHT ROAD (2 Timothy 2:14-15)
In 2 Timothy Paul changes subjects–he has been exhorting and encouraging Timothy to grow bold about the Gospel, God’s Word, and sound doctrine and to not be ashamed of the Apostle Paul himself, even though there is great pressure from persecution.
Loyalty Is Rewarded; Disloyalty Is Not (2 Timothy 2:11-13)
Paul describes God’s promises to His loyal ones. God rewards loyalty, but not disloyalty. The promises of security, motivation and comfort are yours if you are His. Paul gives a song, a verse or a poem of deep theological truth which will blow you away.
What God Seeks From You
Are we good at worship? Are we worshiping the right God, for the right reasons, in the right way? Do we even know what worship is? In John 4, Jesus spoke with the Samaritan woman, and we can learn from their conversation what God expects in our worship.
Enjoying the Fruit of Hard Work (2 Timothy 2:6-7)
We continue in 2 Timothy and look at how the farmer paints a picture of the Christian life we need to pursue.
