Generously Giving to Ministry (Philippians 4:14-17)
Paul makes certain he thanks the Philippians for their generous giving. He’s been careful to let them know about His reliance on God’s supply alone, but Paul is also grateful in the midst of their genuine poverty (not being able to feed their own families) that the Philippians have generously given to support his ministry. Unlike most Christians in our culture, the Philippians were committed to eternity and investing into heavenly things, proven by their giving. Their example will inspire you.
