Aaron
Aaron was a “good church kid,” who knew the right answers and looked good on the outside, but inside, he had a sinful heart that needed the message of the gospel. Hear how God opened Aaron’s eyes to a real relationship with Him.
Paul is an Example You Can Follow (Philippians 2:17-18)
Paul teaches us about joy in the midst of sacrifice, and models humility in so many ways–you will be encouraged and challenged.
Jared
Growing up, Jared looked good on the outside. He loved the church and he loved serving, but he was doing it for the recognition of others rather than to be pleasing to God. Hear how God broke through that self-justification and transformed Jared’s heart on the inside.
A life of COMMITMENT to God’s Word (Philippians 2:16)
Philippians 2:16 wraps up this section on a worthy walk with a life of commitment to God’s Word–the life-changing commitment to hold fast and hold forth the Word of life, which describes eternal reward, assurance, convictions and more. This verse will encourage your hearts and challenge your walk.
Jon
Though Jon grew up in a loving, Christian home, during his teen years he lived for and worshiped rock music. Hear how Jon came to realize that his rebellion toward his parents was really rebellion toward God and how God changed his passion for music into a passion for the gospel.
Daniel
Knowing the truth of the gospel is not enough to save us. Listen as Daniel tells how he came to understand his own sinfulness and submitted his life to Christ.
Greg
Greg thought he was a Christian because he went to church and was basically a good kid. When he tried to prove he was good enough, he discovered that he would never succeed at being accepted by God based on his own merits.
Self-Discipline with Purpose (Moms By Grace – Oct 2016)
Teaching for moms of young children by Jill Stead.
A life of integrity and witness (Philippians 2:15)
What does it mean to live holy when no one but God is watching? Private holiness, which no one sees, makes all the difference in your personal witness, which everyone sees.
David
David “asked Christ into his heart” several times, but in reality he was in love with the world and what it had to offer. Hear how he hit rock bottom and discovered a real relationship with Jesus Christ.
Andrew
Andrew had achieved much success through a racing career and put his identity in that. When it ended very suddenly, God used the circumstances of Andrew’s life to realize his sinfulness and find a new identity in Christ.
Guarding Your Mouth (Philippians 2:14-18)
A WORTHY WALK requires putting a guard over our mouths. How do we control our tongues? So many questions will be asked and answered this Lord’s day–do not miss it.
