Living in Light of the End (1 Pet 4:7-9)
The audience Peter writes in His first letter was facing potential death from persecution, so moved by the Spirit of God the apostle Peter now tells them and you how He wants you to live with the finish line in sight.
Squaring Off with the Other Side (1 Pet 4:4-6)
The Bible says we’re in a spiritual battle–all who live godly are going to suffer and be persecuted, and genuine Christians are called to be soldiers who stay on duty.
Gear Up for Battle! (1 Pet 4:1-3)
As Christians, Peter now teaches us we should be armed with a Christ-like Gospel mindset that we might fulfill our purpose–to willingly suffer for Christ because Christ suffered for us.

Victory Through Suffering and Death (1 Pet 3:18-22)
Christ suffered and died unjustly but was victorious and won. Jesus Christ is the only person who has ever lived who didn’t deserve to suffer or die.
Helps Against a HOSTILE Planet, part 2 (1 Pet 3:13-17)
How should you act when you’re experiencing suffering? How does Jesus want you to react when you’re treated unjustly?
Christine
Though moral and calling herself a Christian, Christine came to realize that she was more sinful than she ever thought. And then she found that Jesus loved her more than she ever knew!
Helps against a Hostile Planet, part 1 (1 Pet 3:13-17)
Christ was beaten, suffered, was under the thumb of the Jewish leaders and Roman authorities, then killed on a cross. And though it looks like Christ lost, He actually won.
Why Can’t We All Just Get Along? (1 Pet 3:8-12)
Why do some churches split, marriages crumble, families feud, Christians divide, and people struggle with relationships? Because you have not owned 1 Peter 3:8 to 12.
Dojo
Raised Catholic and thinking he was saved, Dojo knew about Jesus but never understood the gospel until he read a book his wife brought home.
Defeating Doubt
In the back of your mind, do you ever wonder if what you hear about God is really true? Is there a little voice of doubt that speaks up sometimes, asking how do you know that Jesus really is the only way? Its the dark little secret that is rarely talked about. People doubt their faith. You’re not the only one…
